Updates On Collin

Collin turned 14 months on Tuesday and he is doing really well. He caught another cold this past week so we have been dealing with a runny nose and cough. It's only been slowing him down a little bit... he still has enough energy to chase his best friend, Rosie, all over the place.
Collin recognizes what certain things are now like where is belly button is and where his and momma and dada's nose is. He knows that there are certain things he can't touch and he hold's out his hand and says, "hot!", like with the heater we have, the fire place, and the oven. He clearty says "mama" and "dada" and knows which one is of us is which. He tries to say "Rosie" but it comes out simply as "Ro". He still dances to any sort of music at any time. He won't sit down and watch cartoons but he will sit down and watch a game show. Price Is Right, Lingo, Wheel of Fortune are his favorites. He usually won't even sit through a whole show; he is quite a busy body and has to be on the go. Collin waves "bye-bye" but his hand is facing him so it looks like he is waving "bye" to himself(very cute move!). He also will hold up any phone and say "hello" into it and have a conversation with someone or if no one is on the other line he will talk to himself(also, another very cute move!). He tries to sing songs with us now. He really likes the Beach Boys "Barbara Ann". He is very good at the "ba, ba, ba" part.
Collin seems to be getting taller. He is growing out of alot of his pajamas right now. Collin still has his cute little pot-belly, though, it sticks out when he walks and I just love it! He cut another tooth last week so that makes for 7 choppers. Physically he is still the strongest 14 month old I know and possibly the most determined.
Collin doesn't go back to the doctor until next month so we will have an update of exactly how much he has grown since his one year checkup.
